Chapter 7 Rates
The standard price for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy filing is $1795 (plus the filing fee of $338 imposed by the court). It’s likely that most cases will qualify under this standard rate, but should the attorney feel your case requires additional work or fees, this will be explained to you upfront in your initial free consultation.
Chapter 13 Rates
The standard price of $3500 for a Chapter 13 filing includes not only the initial filing but the years of follow up assistance as it relates to the original filing. Chapter 13 cases are more complex than Chapter 7 and the fees will vary depending on your case; your attorney will explain to you upfront in your initial free consultation the fees for your case. keep in mind that most of the fees in Chapter 13 cases can be paid after we file your case.
Hourly Rates
$250 Per Hour
Your attorney will explain in detail the process of the case from strategy, to filing to litigation. Whenever possible you will be allowed to make regular payments to reduce your upfront costs. Please see our customer bill of rights below for more details on hourly rates.
